Dawn Saenz has resided in the Los Angeles community since 1994. Her career with CyberSN began at an IT staffing firm called Motion Recruitment where the future Founder and CEO of CyberSN, Deidre Diamond, was a sales leader. Dawn supported the growth of Motion from 5 up to 35 offices. In 2014, she was the first staffing SME hired by Deidre to support the build-out of CyberSN’s cybersecurity staffing services. Dawn has built a deep network of cybersecurity talent in Southern California and across the US with CyberSN, and she has also been instrumental in growing CyberSN’s latest physical office in San Francisco. Dawn is dedicated to supporting the non-profit organization, brainbabe.org which is addressing the cybersecurity talent shortage by providing jobs for all gendered STEAM students. She is passionate about building teams with retention and happiness in cybersecurity.
