Baiba Ziga

Baiba is a passionate Millennial, Entrepreneur and Change Agent. After spending time in People and Transformation centric roles in such global industry leaders as Enterprise Holdings and Carnival Corporation, she has co-founded Lakehouse Consulting – a change consultancy that helps organisations embrace change in a way that brings the most value to their businesses and people.

Baiba has been recognised and listed in ‘Women to Watch in Hospitality, Travel & Leisure Index 2019’ and voted as the ‘Employee of the Year 2019’ at Carnival UK.

Baiba is naturally passionate about people, and is actively supporting various organisations striving to raise voices and create opportunities for the underrepresented communities.
