Ananda Leeke discovered mindfulness when her career as a lawyer and investment banker did not produce the level of success she expected. Today, Ananda helps high achievers and organizations outsmart stress, tap into creativity, and have a healthy relationship with technology as a mindfulness teacher, author, artist, coach, digital strategist, trainer, and yoga instructor. In addition, she hosts and produces the #ThrivingMindfully Show on Eaton Radio, teaches a weekly meditation class at the Eaton Workshop’s Wellness Center, and leads meditation classes and mindfulness trainings for corporate and nonprofit clients.

She speaks at events sponsored by AT&T, Automattic, Big Bear Retreat Center, BlogHer, Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, Howard University, Insight Meditation Community of Washington, DC’s People of Color Sangha, Institute for Medicaid Innovation, Marisla Foundation, Meetup/WeWork, Nonprofit Technology Network, Unity of Washington, DC, and Spelman College.
