Kim Perkins is an executive coach and leadership facilitator who works with new and seasoned leaders at science, tech, engineering and arts organizations, ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies. As a doctoral candidate in Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University, Kim’s research illuminates how pursuing passion and purpose builds individual leader capabilities, fosters solid relationships, and helps companies innovate. Her clients include Genentech, Thomson-Reuters, Edison, Getty Leadership Institute, YMCA of the USA and an assortment of West Coast arts organizations. Kim holds a BA from Oberlin College and an MA in Evaluation and Research Methods from Claremont Graduate University.
