Allison’s career has been built on growing customer success teams for B2B companies targeting consumer brands. She’s started and grown customer success teams for Demandbase, Jigsaw (acquired by Salesforce), Equilar and now LiveRamp (an Acxiom company). Current customers range from LiveNation, Citi, AMEX, Macy’s, TransUnion and Gap. With her industry experience, Allison understands the ins and outs on technology adoption and provides a unique brand perspective.

Before joining the tech scene, Allison traveled to different countries teaching English, including Japan where she also volunteered at a women’s sexual health clinic for two years. When she returned to the States, she moved to San Francisco to join a SaaS company in an account management position. The experience was so rewarding that she spent the next eight years building and managing customer success at a number of startups, eventually making her way toLiveRamp.

Allison also continues to give back to the global community. Previously, she was a board member for Exposing Hope (formerly Care Through Action), a non-profit focused on putting human rights violations under the spotlight. Currently, Allison is a board member of The Future is Female, advocating for women’s rights and empowerment.
