In her role as the Managing Director, U.S, for Mindera Software, Mary is responsible for growing a fast paced U.S. company that is on the bleeding edge of innovation. She has experience scaling high-performance teams, leading revenue growth and sales, marketing, and customer success to achieve rapid growth and scalability. With more than 400 employees worldwide, it has been said that the sun never sets on a Mindera workday.

Mary built a career on her innate ability to quickly identify the core drivers of business, anticipate consumer needs, and stay in front of the ever-changing demand for innovation online. She uses this experience as a consultant, speaker and author, working with fellow business owners who are ready to scale their own businesses.
